There is always a chance of being banned as of course you are cheating.
However, this is factual that you cannot get banned and never will unless they black list Custom Desktop Logos (Which by the way has been used for Custom Crosshairs by many as early as 2015), as it is a back ground picture and I cannot stress this enough. Since this is a 3rd party software that is used by many people, some who don't even use it to cheat/gain an advantage by adding a custom crosshair to their game, the software will never be blacklisted, and therefor it's undetectable. I must also add that the overlay does not modify DLL or EXE files and does not inject code into CSGO, so it is pretty clear to think that if the program is not bannable the application inside it shouldn't be too and nobody posted anything about being vac banned for overlay in cs go except a thread about Rust banning anyone that uses it but also without proof of people actually being banned.PokeMMO!
